A Novel E-Governance Data Hiding Approach Combining LSB-Steganography and Cryptography

This paper proposed a novel data hiding approach within image using LSB-matching/ replacing Steganography. to remove common threats over the existing methods a new cryptographic aproach is applied to strengthen the process of data hiding. The novel idea behind the method could be used to transfer confidential E-Governance documents over non-secure channel. The method has been experimented over a number of images to assure the quality after alteration.
