The world climate conference in South African city Durban concluded on Saturday, the 10th December 2011 not with big projection. Rather it was dear; The Kyoto Protocol is not to be rescued if divergent of opinions on one hand, on the other hand many perceive it as success that all the 195 UN States agreed to bring to path by 2020 a new collective climate agreement.
