Mosquito-borne diseases are endemic in more than over 100 countries, causing mortality of nearly two million people every year. Present study deals with the negative impact of mosquito coil smoke on human being. It is also demonstrated that mesquites are susceptible to bite for Carbondioxide and lactic acid present in sweat in warm-blooded animals. The previous literature indicate that mosquito coil content very toxic ingradient such as pyrethrins which accounting for about 0.3 - 0.4 % of coil mass. The epidemiologic studies show that long term exposure to mosquito coil can induce asthma and persistent wheeze in children.
