A Report of the UGC Sponsored National Level Seminar on The Biggest Challenge of Green Chemistry: To use its Rule in Practice’

The Department of Chemistry of AghoreKamini PrakashChandra (AKPC) Mahavidyalaya organized a UGC-sponsored national-level 2-day seminar on ‘The Biggest Challenge Of Green Chemistry : To Use Its Rule In Practice’ in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Science, The University of Burdwan, under the convenorship of Dr Ashoke Hazra, Head of the Chemistry Department of the College, on 8 & 9 October 2015. The Chemistry department in virtual association with the entire college, under the auspices of the College Authority, vowed to make the seminar a grand success, and in due course of this discussion we shall realize that this aspiration of ours was completely fulfilled. Above all, this big accomplishment was an execution of a nice team work under the guidance of Dr Paramartha Ghosh, an energetic optimist and the Principal of the College.
