In this paper, the performance of a fuzzy-based, decision system for employees performance evaluation is presented. Fuzzy logic helps in describing, analyzing, understanding and eventually working with paradoxical and chaotic nature of any system. The paper is related to a study of a fuzzy logic-based consensus-seeking. Any act of acceptance of people is preceded by a kind of fuzzification of some separating boundaries; this allows people to act together. In this paper some methodologies are proposed based upon the fuzzy expert systems. By evaluating the proposed approach, it is concluded that fuzzy logic is very effective in decision making of employees performance evaluation.
