We recognise the right of every individual to be educated so that he may fully develop his potentiality. In order to fulfil this we have to individualise education and ensure that no one gets rejected. Individuali sation of education leads necessarily to individualisation of examination. An examination will be meaningful and inspiring only when it offers the examinee enough scope and freedom fo r spontaneous self-expression. This can be done by introducing as many alternatives in the question paper as possible. The work reports a survey of the possibility of individulisation of examination.
