From the Secretary's Desk

Inspite of our best efforts this year we were not able to hold the Annual Qeneral Meeting of the Institute by September and we are forced to ask for extension of time from Registrar of Companies. The Registrar of Companies with great difficulty and on constraints has given the extension untill 30th November 1995. We are not sure that we will be able to hold the Annual Qeneral Meeting by then as the Audited Accounts of one of our Branches, inspite of repated requests, have not yet been received by us.
