Abstract

In surveys of the dietary intakes of families, consumption coefficients are applied to obtain the individual intakes of men, women and children on the assumption that the food available to the members of the family is shared out among them according to age and sex.

Abstract

Dietary intakes of rural preschool children were recorded by a three-day weighment method during the four seasons of the year.i'- During the survey the raw ingredients and the cooked foods eaten by each family were weighed and recorded.
