After a long halt, I play with pen. What to write about, beginning needs crushing an enormous inertia. I see, its raining, raining like an autumnal occasional shower, but with gusty wind. Why not start with Rain Water Harvesting (RWH), the hot topic of the day at the backdrop of ground water level rapidly going down. This must be arrested, otherwise in not very remote future Kolkata and its suburbs will be another Fathepur Sikri (Agra), so nicely architectured Capital, Mughal Emperor constructed at great cost, but had to abandon it only for the scarcity of water.
