When the Brain is Idle

When my brain was idle and mind vacant, I chanced to come across a telephone bill. I looked at the bill with philosophical, yet rational mind and realized that I forgot when I had last gone through the printed matter which each bill embodies. So, I stuck upon the idea that those might be printed separately and sent to each subscriber once a year along with the bill for a particular month, say April (similarly any addition/alteration in the print matter may be circulated once) and the monthly bill be presented on paper of 208mm x 148mm size in place of 208mm x 297mm being used at present. The bill may be restructured as shown. I have little doubt that there are mature brains who can do this job much better.
