Health Hazards in Foundries

Foundry process produces dust, fumes, gases, vapours, heat and noise, as well as radiation from X-ray equipment, from radioaaive materials and from electric gas welding. If the exposure to these factors is severe enough, the workers' health, safely and comfort may be affected.
