Potable water is only available to 20 percent of the people in India- The complex of water management has been scheduled to provide maintenance and operation of structures and installations planning and data collection, professional education and use of the press and information media. The components of water management form a complex whole which must be kept in dynamic balance taking into account the results of micro-environmental activities involving water.
