One of the greatest assets of a nation is the ability of her technologists to discover new areas of industrial development and technological services which generate resources and employment. Technologists of several nations have shown such ability to bring about industrial development and employment opportunities. Japanese, Russian, Dutch, Swedish and Italian technologists have shown their ability to hold their own against those of other nations in skill and expertise.
