The object of this article is neither for commenting on any existing systems nor for suggesting or indicating any new ideas since appropriate details are already available with the Planning Commission,-Education Ministry, All-India Council for Technical Education, Labour/Training & Employment Ministry and which are based on actual practices prevalent in the most advanced countries like : U. S. A; U. S. S. R; U.K., Germany, France & Japan and in particular the details of training methods of M.I.T (U. S.A) and M. V. T. U (USSR). The industrial productivity of our country depends to a great extent on the scope and training in "CRAFTMANSHIP".
