Engineers, by practice, keep away from agitation or demonstration, but coming nearer home, our budding engineers have demonstrated their anger in the convocation hall at Chandigarh. Mr. Rao, delivering the convocation address, retorted that degree is not a ticket for job. Quite correct, but what is the ticket for job and whence the ticket is available? In Jadavpur, in Jabalpur our young engineers have exhibited their anger for fear of impending unemployment.
