"Efficiency of Technical and Personnel":Synopsis

In this article the author stresses on several points to promote efficiency of technical personnel. The difficulties that he has felt and experienced during his professional practice for the last fifteen years, are explained here in short, so that due consideration to the facts may be paid by those engaged in the profession. This article may be treated to be mere suggestions from a practising man to promote efficiency.
