The Council condoled the death of Sri Nalini Ranjan Bose, Associate Member since 1931, and Dr. George Wm. Osborn Howe. Hon. M.A.E., Prof., Glasgow University, of Electrical Engineering. All the members present stood up and observed a minute's silence as a mark of honour to the memory of the deceased.
