Administration and Execution

In the civil administration, there is a persistant demand for separation of judiciary from executive for public good. In industrial undertaking the demand is just the opposite, so far as administration and execution are concerned. The administration and executive are yoked together for the success of any industrial undertaking. The line of thought for administrator and executor should be one and the same for the smooth running of any undertaking, be it construction or maintenance or production.
