Hill Roads

It is gratifying to note that Roads in plain countries have been developed to a great extent and reports from the road Congress further show that researches are still being undertaken for further developments. The report does not, however, show much about the research for the development of hill roads. It is, therefore, attempted here to give solutions of some of the common problems that may arise in contracting Hill Roads. It is hoped that will be found helpful to young Engineers.
