Just at a moment when our last issue was at the press and almost ready to be delivered Government regulations appeared prohibiting the printing during the current year of more than 30 per cent of the number of pages used in the previous year. As this amount had already been used up in the last issue, we were reluctantly compelled to withhold publication of this issue till such time as it was necessary to conform with the law; and once again through circumstances beyond our control we have been prevented from giving timely delivery. For this we crave the indulgence of our readers and especially of those of our kind friends to whom copies of our Journal are due in return for the much appreciated publications which they have so generously presented to the library of our Association and for which we are extremely grateful.
