"Resignations from membership of Messrs. J. N. Mukherjee, M.A.E.. and J. N. Gupta, A.M.A.E., were accepted with regret".

"On the proposal of Mr. R. K. Ganguli, the Council decided that the Association should become a 'Session Member' for the next session of the Indian Science Congress Association".
