Public Works Planning
Subscribe/Renew Journal
National Planning of Public Works is a subject that is day by day drawing more and more attention from engineers.

With the introduction of the new constitution under which the country is now divided into several autonomous units, united by a central control, and with the establishment of a federation, new problems will shortly arise. There may appear circumstances similar to those in the United States of America, and a study of problems existing there may be worthwhile.
