Engineering Materials for Modern Thermal Power Stations

One of principal reasons for the comparatively low output of the Thermal Power Stations in this country is the status of availability of spare parts. The equipments in most of the Power Stations are of foreign make and have been obtained at various times from the different countries. Even the equipments now produced in this country have many foreign components and one has to look beyond the seas to obtain the replacements.
