Engineers and National Reconstruction

Engineers and the Association of Engineers have to play a pivotal role in quick accomplishment of the 20 point economic development programme of our prime minister for provision of the barest necessities of life like power, light, sanitation, proper dwelling. Our Association should take the lead in transfer of knowledge to improve conditions for the rural poor, the management of results to provide mechanism for the transfer of research for different computer based information dissemination systems along with a forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences on the most pressing issues through implementation with assessment of transfer effectiveness.
