Effect of Dimensions on Utility & Economy of Materials for Construction and Prefabrication
Subscribe/Renew Journal
The material that is most wanted for construction of strong structures is at present steel; and supply of this material is much less than what is in demand. The form in which it is available in the market is not always suitable for the structures on hand; and so we say, “steel is in short supply.” But that is not to say that there is no steel in the stock. If the available dimensions were different, they could have been used.
