The physical and textural properties of solis from termite mounds of Podlh and Talupula (endemic fluorosis areas) of Andhra Pradesh were studied and compared with corresponding adjacent termite free solis It was found that mounds had significantly higher sand content, Increased organic matter and lower bulk density Gram size parameters, viz, mean, median, sorting, and kurtosis are showing lower values in termite soiIs than the adjacent soils.
