Classification of Algebras

This paper was motivated while working together with Prof. S. Minakshisundaram on another work entitled H*- algebras. The system considered is an algebra A with a unit over the field C of complex numbers. It is also an inner product space, under the norm topology of which the left and right multiplications are continuous. We do not assume at this stage that A is complete.
