Steady Uniplanar Superposable Fluid Motions

The object of this paper is to investigate the types of steady rotational and irrotational uniplanar motions in an inviscid homogeneous incompressible fluid which are mutually superposable. First, a general discussion of steady uniplanar motions superposable on an irrotational flow is given, and then the particular case of two-dimensional motions is considered.
