Algeria has become aware of the importance English in the world. That is why it has opened training schools specialized in preparing teachers of TEFL for some time. With the suppression of Institute of Technology and Education (ITE) and Ecoles Normales (Educational High Schools), most universities, to some extent, have taken in charge the training of teachers. The training sessions and the great deal of conversation with the trainees have revealed some deficiencies in their initial training.
