The library has been created by actual necessities in modern civilization. The change in the trend and format gave rise to the need of special knowledge, technologies and skills that helped the Library professionals to cope with the information demand of the users. Hence, the present study is taken up to assess the different categories of users with the help of user studies by the library professionals in India.
