Total Quality Management in Goa State Central Library : An Overview
In the present age of technological world, lot of challenges has been adopted by the library professionals in the field of library and information science discipline. Same way the theoretical and practical methods have been implemented by the librarian for the quality services for managing the library activities is being adopted. The present study highlights the quality services and management work which has been identified for the benefit to user and community in context to public libraries in Goa.
