We first describe the fabrication of Microlens arrays using UV lithography followed by thermal reflow method. We then discuss the steps involved in replication of Microlens arrays which is a crucial step in the mass production. Finally, we characterize the fabricated Microlens arrays using Digital Holography.

Abstract

We first describe the fabrication of Microlens arrays using UV lithography followed by thermal reflow method. We then discuss the steps involved in replication of Microlens arrays which is a crucial step in the mass production. Finally, we characterize the fabricated Microlens arrays using Digital Holography.
