India's demographic profile shows and gives us an advantage in terms of manpower availability. The future has great hopes from our youth. Our youth will carry the country forward, to take its place as one of the fastest growing economies of the world. But unfortunately, social standards, gender bias, education problems, disparity in income levels, different living status, high level of aspirations, hectic life style, the need to excel and compete in the modern world, problem of unemployment, gaps between academics and industries, marriage related problems, breakdown of family values and systems, interpersonal conflicts, and social isolation are all responsible for stress and distress among the youths of today, This stress may results in Suicidal thoughts among our youths. They are not able to realize their full potential. This becomes a major stumbling block in their bright future. This paper outlines the major stresses which our youth in India facing now a days. It outlines some suggestions for youth to cope with the Stress, which is a hindrance in their bright and prosperous future.Keywords

Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh is prestigious world fame Central University of India, it occupies a distinct position among Indian Universities and its contribution to nation building is very significant. It attracts students from all over the world especially Africa, West Asia and South East Asia. In this Investigation an attempt has been made to find out the opinion of teachers and the students of the A.M.U., Aligarh towards the Academic problems of AMU, and to suggest various remedial measures. A sample of 65 teachers and 177 students was taken randomly from almost all faculties of AMU: the opinionnaires used are developed by the investigators to collect information regarding the academic problems of the A.M.U., Aligarh. In this study investigators made an effort to draw certain findings on the basis of interpretation and analysis of data.Keywords

The present paper is an attempt to highlight the role of education in the protection of human rights and promotion of human rights awareness and there by emphasizing education as a pre requisite for the protection and promotion of human rights. Education is the pathway for the progress of any nation. It is through proper education, an individual gets aware about his rights and duties. It has potential to inculcate and imbibe human rights values. It is through education human rights are actually put into practice. Human rights are inherent to every person of the society by virtue of being human. It is one of the basic rights for survival. Human rights cannot be discriminated on the basis of nationality, residence, religion, race, status, language or any other consideration. They are indivisible and focus on the dignity of the individuals. National and international laws are there to protect them. No doubt education helps individuals to promote and protect their rights. If a person is educated, he/she is not vulnerable as far as his/her rights are concerned. He/She knows how to protect his/her rights.Keywords
