Giving a brief overview of the science of Yoga, this article sets the context and gives a deeper purpose for the practice of Yoga. Though Yoga is widely popular the world over today, its practice is largely limited only to achieving physical and mental health benefi ts. That is great in itself. The fact is that Yoga is, however, underutilized, much like employing Einstein to prepare a cup of tea. Understanding the context and power of Yoga in its entirety will unleash its full potential to push humanity to its next evolutionary level. This paper gives a snapshot overview of the necessary background information required to understand Ashtanga Yoga in its entirety.Nandan Kandanat2023-09-302023-09-3015Journalism Professional Ethics

Author compliments high standard of ethics which has been practiced by the Journalists and highlights the decline seen during the commercial era, focused on market economy where media has to go by commercial viability and profi tability. This sometimes put pressure on the journalists to cover news and write what can excite the public. Often scandals, sensationalism, violence, vulgarity etc. get preference. Juicy stories, fi lm stars and other celebrities, crime and communal violence occupy more space than the achievements of honest people. Sacrifi ces of brave shoulders, good police offi cials and law enforcement persons and justice focused judiciary, excellence in teaching, public service and the like are not highlighted adequaely. The author warns that reporting of violent incidents, highlighting only violence trigger more violence and needs to be moderated. The need for young journalists is to identify role model journalists who fi ght pressures and report news in ethical way. He suggests the need for emphasizing ethics in academic courses in journalism and the need for upskilling and certifi cation for the media managers and journalists to follow ethical reporting to avoid violence and encourage harmony.Prof. N. https://i-scholar.in/index.php/ajpem/article/view/223381
During recent years health care sector has experienced major issues and scams which has led to the downfall of this vital service sector in terms of quality and constumer confi dence. Despite the measures taken by the health department in eradicating scams and hazards, unethical acts continue to perform which dilutes the image of the sector. Lack of training of staff results in wrong medication, and sometimes over medication. Even Doctors are compelled to make patient undergo a large number of costly tests, as the Private Hospitals have adopted the policy of ‘market economy’. COVID era has seen maximum number of unethical practices such as increased prices of hospital beds, high cost medicine bills etc. This has been a period where the patients were exploited for generating high revenue during the pandemic period.Sahishnu A AnandS Shreyas Jadav2023-09-302023-09-3015Yoga Therapy
