Role of Clinical Psychologist in Community Mental Health

The term “mental health” often scares people but put simply mental health is about the way we think and feel about ourselves and others and how we manage the demands of everyday life. From the perspective of 'positive psychology' or 'holism', mental health may include an individual's ability to enjoy life, and create a balance between life activities and efforts to achieve psychological resilience. Mental health can also be defined as an expression of emotions, and as signifying a successful adaptation to a range of demands. So this article may represent a current scenario of the clinical psychologist in CMH.
