Impact of Yoga Nidra on the Personality of Drug Addiets

The menace of drug addiction is not only a socially unacceptable reality, hut in entirety is a disease and emerging as a major public health challenge. The present study is an effort to ascertain the effect of Yoga Nidra on the personality of drug addicts by using pre and post data. A personality analysis of 40 drug addicts was done trom Jammu and Kashmir, using personality Neo-Five Factor inventory (Mcare & Costa, 1985). A significant change in all the personality dimensions of drug addicts was witnessed.
