Social Exclusion and Well-being among Migrant Labourers in the Towns of Ludhiana and Kharar

This study explored the patterns of social exclusion and well-being of the inter-state migrant workers at the place of destination. The data was collected from the migrant workers of Ludhiana and Kharar working in non-agriculture sectors. A sample of 40 workers was collected to understand the nature of social exclusion and the well-being of the migrant workers. The survey method consisted of a set of specific questions were used to explore the relationship between exclusion and well-being of the migrant workers.
