Industrial Relations involves the complex web of relationship between the employer, employees and the government. It is dynamic and is the product of the entire socioeconomic, political environ-ment that prevails in a country. The cooperative printing presses are an important segment of the co-operative movement in Tamil Nadu. Success of the co-operative printing presses depends on good organizational climate and cordial relationships between labour and the management. This study assesses the state of industrial relations that exists in the co-operative printing presses in Tamil Nadu and also identifies the factors that affect it.References
