The competitive pace of modern life places many demands on attention. This hectic life may cause stress and unhappiness. The present investigation was designed to study the relationship and gender differences between hope, mindfulness and happiness. Sample comprises of 180 students (100 males and 80 females) with age range of 18-24 years. For data collection purpose The Trait Hope Scale by Snyder et al. (1991) Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) by Brown and Ryan (2003) and The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire by Argyle and Hills (2002) are used. Results revealed a positive relationship between hope, mindfulness and happiness.Keywords
