In today's scenario, it can be seen that Organizational Citizenship Behaviour of employees play very important role in growth story in any organization. Without Organizational Citizenship Behaviour of employee, no organization can grow and gets its ultimate vision. Organizational Citizenship Behaviour is considered as contribution of employee to their organization beyond the responsibilities. Various antecedents can be for Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. One of them is Organizational Justice, which contribute great role in Organizational Citizenship Behaviour of employees. Organizational Justice is considered as perception of employees towards their organization about fair treatment based on ethics and morality, they are getting from Organization. Trust between employees and management of organization is also one important factor which play important role in Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Trust amongst employees of organization is outcome of perceived organizational Justice, which increases Organization Citizenship Behaviour of employees. This research paper is based on review of fifteen years study, which shows that Organizational Citizenship Behaviour of employee in any organization is not possible without right perception of Organizational Justice. It has also been seen in various studies that Trust mediate between Organizational Justice and Organization Citizenship Behaviour.Keywords

Knowledge management is a process or a tool through which organization or institution creates, organizes, stores, disseminates and applies knowledge to achieve its ultimate objective of growth and development. Knowledge management plays a role in the increasing organizational effectiveness to share the best practices, handle issues and problems, enhance research aptitude, and improve people’s skills. The information and communication technology (ICT) is being considered very good technology, which is used to communicate, create, disseminate, store and manage information at any organisation or institution.
Considering the implacability of knowledge management in the higher education sector, the purpose of this research paper is to understand and explore relationship between knowledge management and the ICT. In this research, a sincere attempt has been made to analyse last fifteen years of research studies extensively, which proved the synergistic implication of KM and ICT in higher education institutions in the fast - developing competitive globalization era.

In this study, data has been collected on 200 Humanities and Engineering students of private colleges in Delhi NCR. Pearson correlation has been used for statistical analysis with the help of SPSS. Researchers found in this study are that there is positive correlation between CDMSE and CM among private college students and there is no significant difference between levels of CDMSE and levels of career maturity in male and female students. This study has strong implication in higher education. As students are trained to have career decision making self-efficacy, students will be more career mature and will be ready to choose right career as per their strengths.Keywords
