Housewives are always short of time for their own health. With the advent of touch- button technology, housewives are left with fewer strenuous domestic chores. Housewives are at risk of becoming obese, unfit and therefore suffer from serious illnesses at an early age. TV viewing has engulfed woman's own personal time. Watching serious TV serials during nights not only disturb their sleep-cycles but also likely to increase their anxiety levels. Rise in obesity in all ages was progressively observed from 1999-2004 among Americans. Understanding body composition helps women to understand the role of Lean Body Mass (LBM) in burning more calories and preventing osteoporosis.
