Methods: This study is a descriptive research designed to investigate the influencing factors on the meaning in life among community-dwelling elders. The participants were 306 communicable elders (Age≥65). Data collected from April to October 2013 were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: There were significant differences in the meaning in life between gender, age, residential area, educational level, employment status, extra-occupational activity, marriage status, family living arrangement, relationship with people living together, living type, monthly allowance, welfare center visiting times. Significant correlations were found between health promotion behavior (r=.648), social supports (r=.672), self-transcendence (r=.300) and loneliness (r=-.698). Significant predictors of the meaning in life were loneliness, health promotion behavior, subjective health, self-transcendence, social support, vocation status, and family living arrangement. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that it is needed to develop integrative intervention program that can promoting the meaning in life and reduce the loneliness. Keywords

Objectives: SNS (Social Networking Service) has many advantages, however, it also has shortcomings such as SNS overuse. In this paper, we shall see factors affecting on SNS addiction tendency of university students. Methods/Statistical Analysis: We collected data from university students in C province of Korea on October 1-30, 2015. They responded questionnaires of SNS addiction tendency, loneliness and secure attachment tendency. We gathered 248 answer sheets and analyzed 211 except for the incomplete one. We analyzed data through independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Findings: Findings indicated that the mean score of SNS addiction tendency of the university students was 42.85lete one. We analyzed data through independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation among the groups (F = 7.094, p = .001). SNS addiction tendency showed a significant correlation with loneliness (r = .293, p<.001) and secure attachment tendency (r = -.410, p<.05). SNS addiction tendency was significantly affected by secure attachment tendency (t = -4.386, p<.001) and loneliness (t = 2.292, p<.05). These variables explained 18.1% of SNS addiction tendency among university students. Improvements/Applications: Therefore, to reduce SNS addiction tendency of university students, it is required to develop psychological and social interventions to reduce their loneliness and to increase secure attachment tendency. Keywords

Background/Objectives: This study is an exploratory study applying the Q-method to identify the characteristics and types of patients and guardians’ perception on the comprehensive nursing care services.
Methods/Statistical Analysis: A total of 430 Q-populations were extracted and the final 39 Q-samples were selected through processes such as deduplication and removal and integration of similar statements. The P-sample was selected for 32 people visiting a general hospital in which Comprehensive nursing care services were implemented. Data collection for P-samples was conducted in the consultation room of the hospital, and Data analysis was performed using the PC-QUANL program.
Findings: As a results, patients and guardians’ perceptions on comprehensive nursing care services were identified as ‘Expectation type for high quality inpatient care service and reduced care burden’, ‘Skepticism type for the establishment of comprehensive nursing care service system’, and ‘Indifferent type of comprehensive nursing care services system’.
Improvements/Applications: This study can be used as a basic data for the establishment and development of comprehensive nursing care services system by identifying patients and guardians’ understanding and needs for it.
