The Paper describes a qualitative narration of a case in which the author as honorary magistrate and chair person of Juvenile Welfare Board, ensured protection of a girl child trapped in the hands of human traffickers. Along with case study, the author as a trained social worker explains how she used her knowledge and skills of social work profession. Human trafficking is a global problem. Social Work practitioners and Educators may find tips from this case study for appropriate intervention strategies to solve similar cases. The intervention is illustrative to both administrators and educators in delivering justice and in preparing a young trainee to the correctional social workers.
