This paper, we have been designing a controller for maintaining the voltage profile at common and load connecting point of PV/wind and load. This paper describes a study on the application of a stand-alone hybrid model of photovoltaic and fuel cell power system. We have been analysis the operation of each renewable energy source under various weather conditions. We have been introducing the voltage regulator controller for regulating the voltage profile in renewable energy system for the period of nonlinear load condition. The proposed model has been modeled in Matlab simulation environment. The obtained results are evaluated for acceptable performance of the proposed system.Keywords

This paper focuses on the control of isolated fuel cell. The energy provided by the fuel cell is sent to the AC mains by means of a two-stage conversion system, composing of a DC-DC boost converter and a DC-AC inverter. The whole system is controlled through a two-level structure: the upper layer establishes the global scope, i.e., the desired operating regime, which is effectively implemented by the lower control layer, i.e., lower level control structure, the two power electronics converters. Thus, the operating regime of the fuel cell is imposed by controlling the DC-DC converter, whereas the inverter is in charge with ensuring the power transfer to the grid. The result of the simulation of isolated fuel cell system using MATLAB/Simulink numerical simulations are presented and discussed in order to prove the effectiveness of the approach.Keywords

The purpose of this paper is the Modeling and Simulation of a stone alone hybrid power system, referred to as “hydrogen Photovoltaic-Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (PVSOFC) hybrid system”. It couples a photovoltaic generator (PV), an alkaline water electrolyser, a storage gas tank, a Solid Oxide fuel cell (SOFC), inverters and power conditioning units (PCU) to give different system topologies. The system is intended to be an environmentally friendly solution since it tries maximizing the use of a renewable energy source. Electricity is produced by a PV generator to meet the requirements of a user load. Whenever there is enough solar radiation, the user load can be powered totally by the PV electricity. During periods of low solar radiation, auxiliary electricity is required. the operational performance of the system are component efficiency, system design and consumption behavior. In this paper Photovoltaic fuel cell hybrid system has been concentrated in the boost convertors, inverters components and the hybrid system has been simulated by using Matlab.

This paper focuses on the modelling and simulation of the integrated system comprising distributed generation (solid oxide fuel cell) and the power grid integration system for distribution generation. Independent dynamic model of the main components of the system have been realized and implemented in Matlab-Simulink. Numerical simulations results are presented and discussed in order to prove the effectiveness of the approach. Successful model has been established. Characterizing the fuel cells and their dynamics. The synchronous operation of the integrated system has been illustrated through simulation.Keywords

This paper focuses on the grid-connected photovoltaic arrays, which are required to provide the maximum of power irrespective of the solar irradiance conditions. The energy provided by the arrays is sent to the three-phased utility grid by means of a two-stage conversion system, composed of a DC-DC boost converter and a DC-AC inverter. The whole system is controlled through a two-level structure: the upper layer establishes the global scope, i.e., the desired operating regime, which is effectively implemented by the low control layer, i.e., by low-level controlling the two power electronics converters. Thus, the operating regime of the PV arrays is imposed by controlling the DC-DC converter, whereas the inverter is in charge with ensuring the power transfer to the grid. In this case, the global scope of tracking the maximum power point under variable conditions of irradiance is achieved by using a simple and robust extreme seeking control scheme. Prototype hardware and MATLAB/Simlink numerical simulations are presented and discussed in order to prove the effectiveness of the approach.Keywords

The global electrical energy demand is increased gradually and the power generation is not meeting consumer demand due to deficit of fossil. In this paper we have been studying and analysis of the Photovoltaic power system operation and electrical characteristics. The PV power system is environmentally friendly such as no pollution and global warming effect. The PV power system is one of the best renewable energy sources and clean energy. This project we have been designed fuzzy logic controller for to track the Maximum power point for a 1.5 KW PV system under various climate. The proposed model has been designed Matlab software and analysis the simulation results then we have proved the effectiveness of the proposed MPPT method for the system.

In recent year the development of hybrid renewable energy sources and its application have been studied. In this paper we have focused on hybrid PV / Wind power system and its battery management system. The fuzzy logic control based battery management system has been designed for effective power utilization. The proposed control to control the battery charging and discharging operation. Battery will charge whenever the renewable energy power is greater than to load power as well as the battery will discharge whenever the renewable energy power is lesser than to load power. The proposed model will be modelled using Matlab environment and analysis the proposed system results. Finally, simulation results are evaluated and prove the effectiveness of the proposed controller.
