In today's technological era, digital images are the most common form of conveying information over internet, in journals, in newspapers, magazines, etc. To capture, create or modify/edit images has become very simple with the means of image processing and editing tools. Digital images are considered as proofs against various crimes or evidences for various purposes, so accuracy in digital images is very crucial but authenticating the tampered images is a major problem in the field of forensics, medical sciences. Basically copy-move forgery is one of the types of digital image forgery in which one region is copied and pasted into the same image or some other image with an intention to hide something or showing the scene which is not true. In this paper various techniques used to detect copy-move forgery are discussed.Keywords

Segmentation or the delineation of object boundaries in medical images remains a necessary step to obtain qualitative and quantitative measurements. Among these images, Ultrasound images plays a crucial role because the acquisition of these images is non invasive, cheap and does not require ionizing radiations compared to other medical imaging techniques. Due to acoustic interferences and artifacts, the automatic segmentation of anatomical structures in ultrasound imagery becomes a real challenge. Thus, to enhance the capabilities of ultrasound as a qualitative tool in clinical medicine, here we discuss the ultrasound image segmentation methods, focusing on techniques developed for medical. First, we discuss the formation of ultrasound images and conventional methods of image segmentation. After that we present the formulated methods for ultrasound image segmentation concerning the three largest areas of ultrasound imaging. Next section explains the validation degree that has been done in different application areas of ultrasound. In last section we conclude by referencing some papers which have introduced original ideas that exhibited particular usefulness in clinical domain specific to the ultrasound segmentation problem.

Wireless Technology is at its pinnacle. This field of MANET'S has become a hub of invention of latest theories and structures. Mobile Ad-hoc Network may be a special purpose of focus for the researchers. Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANETs) are autonomous and decentralized wireless systems. Mobile Ad hoc Network may be a agglomeration of mobile nodes within which the wireless links are often broken because of mobility and dynamic infrastructure. Routing may be a broader issue and challenge in Mobile ad hoc networks. The main categorization of MANET routing protocols are Proactive, Reactive and Hybrid. Formulating this paper our objective is to compare performance of various routing protocol in particular Geographical-based Routing Protocol (GRP) which is a hybrid protocol and Optimized Link State Protocol (OLSR) which is a proactive routing protocol, whereby routes mostly discovered and updated frequently and accessible on demand. The simulation results showed by various researchers has been reviewed and comparison of these routing protocols has been presented on the basis of performance parameters such as throughput, delay, load, etc.Keywords

Speckle noise is an intrinsic yet undesirable residual part of the medical ultrasound images, which considerably degrades the visual quality and limits the accuracy of automatic diagnostic techniques. Hence speckle suppression is an essential task before the examination and processing of the medical ultrasound images. Aiming at the problem of multiplicative speckle noise, an improved despeckled method is proposed in this paper, which is based on WaveletShrinkage_Guided filter. The proposed method used the Daubechies20 (d20) wavelet transformation to decompose the ultrasound images and an improved wavelet shrinkage algorithm to filter the high-frequency component. The wavelet coefficients of low-frequency sub-bands are filtered by an improved guided filter with varying regularization parameter and the inverse DWT is used to obtain the noise free image. Synthetic image and an ultrasound image experiments with the comparison of the Guided filter and WaveletShrinkage_Guided filter are carried out. The quantitative results of the proposed strategy show, that it outperforms the other despeckling methods in terms of favorable speckle suppression and edge preserving factors.Keywords

Speckle noise is an inherent yet undesirable residual part of the breast ultrasound images, which significantly demean the visual quality and limits the accuracy of automatic diagnostic techniques. Therefore, speckle elimination is a necessary task before further processing of ultrasonic images. Speckle reduction from breast ultrasound images results in blurring of lesion margins and other sharp details which may carry the significant diagnostic information. Among various denoising methods used in the literature for enhancement of breast ultrasound images, wavelet based techniques are gaining importance, because of their time-frequency and multi-scale analysis. Basic de-noising methods that use the wavelet transform, make use of of three steps - In the first step, it computes the wavelet transform of the noisy input image, the second step is used to apply thresholding in order to remove noise on the detailed coefficients and finally inverse wavelet transform is applied of the modified coefficients to get the denoised image. In this paper, the performance of various wavelet shrinkage techniques is reviewed. An Experimental analysis of wavelet based methods including Visu Shrink, Sure Shrink, Bayes Shrink, and a hybrid method (wavelet shrinkage with guided filter) is carried out. For performance comparison, signal to noise ratio, structural similarity index and edge preservation index, parameters are used. From the experimental results, it is concluded that hybrid filter outperform the traditional wavelet shrinkage methods.Keywords

Review of Professional Management- A Journal of New Delhi Institute of Management, Vol 16, No 2 (2018), Pagination: 14-24Abstract
The purpose of this research paper is to identify the different factors that affect the length of stay of tourists in India and developing a hierarchical relationship between those factors. The factors are grouped into different classifications which will help policymakers to focus on specially identified groups. Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) is used to develop the hierarchical relationship. MICMAC ( cross-impact matrix multiplication applied for classification) analysis will be conducted to determine the driving as well as dependence power of the factors involved and to classify them into Driving, Dependent, Autonomous and Linkage factors. Different factors involved are identified from literature and then a questionnaire is prepared to verify whether there exists any relationship between variables. The MICMAC analysis finds that Age of tourist, purpose of visit and budget of tourist are among the driving forces which affect of other variables involved in the system. Average daily expenditure and pre planning of visit are dependents and knowledge of destination is autonomous factors. An ISM model is then prepared on the basis of partition level of factors.
This paper has implications for researchers as well as policymakers. Researchers need to carry out the demographic study of tourists so that the tourists could be divided on the basis of age, nationality, education. Similarly, investigation should be carried out to identify the purpose of visit that impacts length of stay. The policymakers must concentrate on strategies on those groups who stay or can be made to stay for longer length of period.

After economic reforms of 1991, the service sector has become important for economic growth in India. International trade in services has accounted for 13.90 per cent of GDP as highest value during 2006. Trade in services also has been positively contributing towards trade balance during the last three decades. In 2017-18, service trade positively contributed $111.319 billion against total trade deficit of $160.036 billion. The growth of Indian economy is positively linked with the growth in trade in services. Therefore, trade in services has become an important attribute to economic growth. In this context, the present study has primarily attempted to measure growth and instability of the service export. It also analyzes the impact of reforms on growth as well as on instability of service export. The study period is sub divided into two parts pre and post reform period. The separate growth rates are measured and compared for pre and post reform period. The service trade data of different categories of services are included from 1980 to 2013 in accordance with BPM5. The samples of services include aggregate service export, commercial services, travel, transportation and other commercial services. The overall results indicate that there is significant difference in growth and instability for pre and post reform periods. Further, the trend in instability of service export is also found significant over the study period for pre and post reform period separately.Keywords
