Grid computing is a group of clusters connected over high-speed networks that involves coordinating and sharing computational power, data storage and network resources operating across dynamic and geographically dispersed locations. However, scheduling in grid is confronted with many challenges, because resources are heterogeneous, geographically dispersed and dynamic in nature. In this paper, a new resource grouping algorithm called Resource Based Grouping Algorithm (RBGA), is proposed. that performs job grouping activity at runtime and the simulation results shows significant improvement in the processing time of jobs and resource utilization as compared to others. Keywords

Objectives: Traditional voting process held at polling booths have been changed by merging technologies. Though voting system changed, the security provided was unfit to use it in real time. Thus this paper shows the result analysis of various crypt-algorithms to provide more security for voting process. Methods/Statistical Analysis: File Size, Upload & Download time, Efficiency, Memory usage, Speed, Throughput of various Crypt-Algorithm such as AES, RSA, ECC, Visual Cryptography, Blowfish were considered, compared and analyzed. So, we can obtain a better Crypt-Algorithm for Voting. Findings: A suitable Crypt-Algorithm for security which can give good performance in parameters like throughput, Average speed, etc.., was obtained in this survey. Application/ Improvement: Local Election, Data Transferred over network will be secure for various applications, useful for e-commerce software, used to secure passwords. Keywords

Objectives: To develop the system that maps the natural speech to the lip shape animation. Methods/Analysis: Now a day's speech technology plays a vital role in e-learning especially to design in respond to human voice. This technology mainly used for voice disabled, hearing-disabled and blind and so on. Findings: The sign Language being in use among Deaf and Dumb People. This study proposed the new approach called (LMSDS) Learning Management System for Deaf Students. This system used in speech processing and real-time implementation of chat application. Visual animated face will helpful for deaf students to learn the lip movement language more effectively. Applications: This is used in education for disability, deaf students to learn Lip movement language. Keywords
