Plasma Cell Gingivitis is anunusual type of gingival enlargement that has distinctive features of infiltration of plasma cells into the sub-epithelial tissues of the gingiva. It is considered to be a hypersensitivity reaction to allergens. Allergens found mostly in consumables like tooth pastes, Khat leaves, chewing gums, etc.Here we have reported an unusual case of an 18 year of girl with gingival involvement in both maxillary and mandibular arches. There was resolution of symptoms after discontinuation of irritant.Keywords

Styloid process is a complex structure and ossification of this process can illicit a number of signs & symptoms aggravating the patient’s condition. Elongated styloid process is also called Eagles syndrome and in majority of times are asymptomatic. But precipitation of certain procedures like tonsillectomy can make it symptomatic as in this case. Here we report a case of 26 years old female patient complaining of pain in the retropharyngeal region.Keywords
