Cerebral palsy (CP) is a disorder of movement, posture and coordination caused by damage to the immature brain; the condition is sometimes described as 'a lively mind in a disobedient body'. Approximately 1800 babies are diagnosed with CP each year; it is generally diagnosed at, or soon after, birth but may not be obvious until early childhood when parents notice delays in normal child development. This can be a period of great stress for parents; when a diagnosis is made, they face uncertainty as to what the future holds for their child and family. Case management of 13 year old with CP, Quadriplegic and epileptic male is discussed here with no recurrence reported one year later. Keywords
