The authors describe what is, to their knowledge a case of coexistence of ductus caroticus and ductus arteriosus along with tetralogy of Fallot. The ductus caroticus is manifested as low lying carotid artery origin at C6 vertebra. This is also associated with origin of the left common carotid artery from brachiocephalic artery and a 3 mm patent ductus arteriosus. A 15 month old male infant presented with cyanosis undergone a comprehensive work up with 2D Doppler echocardiography and multi detector computed tomography (MDCT) which has gained importance with supplementary role in the evaluation of patients with congenital heart disease. This unique anatomical anomaly caused by a disturbed pattern of aortic arch regression. Keywords

The purpose of localization in Wireless Sensor Network is to establish the position of the nodes at a particular point of time as the nodes are mobile. Locating information is not only used to realize it s position but it can also be used to increase outing capabilities and load balancing of network. This paper proposes the combination of clock algorithm and rectangle truncation (RT) localization algorithm for locating objects even in a fading-signal sensor environment. The paper further presents a location verification mechanism to increase the accuracy and consistency of the estimated object location. It can be classified as low power algorithm as it does not need any special hardware and the computations are minimized.
