Data mining technology is used for identifying and extracting the patterns from large volume of data. The technology is mainly used for extracting the unknown patterns for real time, financial and business applications. In data mining, the conventional clustering algorithms are used for grouping the data sets. There are number of algorithms which are used to solve this problem. Fuzzy clustering methods have the potential to manage such situations efficiently. In this paper, we propose a k-means fuzzy clustering method which is more efficient in handling outlier points and has been considered as useful means for identifying patterns and trends of large volume of data. It is a computational intelligence discipline which has emerged as a valuable tool for analyzing the data, discovery of knowledge and decision making. The unprocessed unlabeled data from the large volume of dataset can be categorized initially in an unsupervised fashion by using cluster analysis i.e. clustering the assignment of a set of remarks into clusters so that remarks in the same cluster may be in some sense be treated as similar. The result of the clustering process and efficiency of its domain application are generally resolute through algorithms. Keywords

This paper proposes a method for detecting frontal pedestrian crossings from image data obtained with a single camera as a travel aid for the visually challenged. This would be embedded on a pair of glasses, will be capable to detect the existence and location of a zebra crossing, to measure the wide of the road, and to detect the color of the traffic lights. The process of detecting a cross road is a done before followed by the process for detecting the state of the traffic lights (colors). It is important for the visually challenged (blind) to know whether or not a frontal area is meant for crossing. The existence of a cross road is detected in two steps. In the first step, edge of road is detected and pattern is detected are employed to identify the crossroad. In the second step, the existence of a crossroad is detected by checking the periodicity of white lines on the road using projective invariants technique. Then the traffic light detector is used to check the pedestrian light and the time in the display panel. The calculated time is then compared with the average time needed for a blind person to cross. The observations are conveyed through voice signals using the voice- vision technology. Thus, this effective technology aids vocational training for the visually impaired throughout the globe. Keywords

Detecting duplicates is a significant of data cleaning; the mission is to recognize multiple representations of a same real-world data or business data and necessary to improve the value of data. Number of approaches both for relational and XML data are exist. As XML is popularly used for data exchange and data publishing on the Web, algorithms to detect duplicates in XML documents are required. XML is a language used for publish data on web so the possibility of error and noise will occur. Hence, the data should be cleaned, which requires solutions for fuzzy duplicate detection in XML. The hierarchical and semi-structured nature of XML strongly differs from the flat and structured relational model, which has received the main attention in duplicate detection so far. We consider the challenges of detecting duplicates in XML to develop valuable, well-organized solutions to the problem. We present a comparison of algorithms, which are used to perform duplicate detection effectively for all kinds of XML objects, given dependencies between different XML elements.

The paper describes the design of an intelligent auto traffic signal control system. Traffic congestion is the major issues that would be considered. At the junctions of the road, vehicular traffic intersects and it can be controlled by the traffic signals. One of the main need of the traffic signal is that good coordination and control among the vehicles. The traffic on the road is very high during the peak hours. This leads to the emergency vehicles to stick in the traffic jam. Dynamic control of traffic is needed during peak hours. Hence we propose an automatic traffic light control for emergency vehicles. The traffic light in the path of any emergency vehicles is controlled. It does not depend on the way of monitoring people to be manual which results in time delay. So, Human life is not affected due to the time delay in the arrival emergency vehicles. To control the traffic, the man power is not required in this method. The emergency vehicles find the shortest path to the location of the accident. If the train crosses the junction, the emergency vehicle gets alerted before five km. In front of the zebra line crossing, a divider can be created for safety crossing of people. The system uses AT mega 8micro controller, IR sensors. This system is used to control the traffic lights. And also save the time in emergency periods.

A new simple and sensitive visible spectrophotometric method for the estimation of darifenacin hydrobromide (DHB) liposomes was developed using diazo coupling reagent, 3-amino phenol in spiked rat plasma. Spectrophotometric method was developed using diazo coupling reaction with the chromogenic reagent, 3-amino phenol for estimation of darifenacin hydrobromide in liposomes. 3-amino phenol forms a yellow colored diazo complex with darifenacin hydrobromide in acidic conditions. The color intensity range was found to be linear in the concentration range of 100-1000ng/mL. Analysis was carried out at its λmax 438nm. The method was validated according to ICH guidelines. The method was optimized and validated in spiked rat plasma according to USFDA guidelines. The developed method was simple and sensitive and the LOQ value was found to be 100ng/mL. All the validation parameters were found to be within the acceptable limits. As the method was sensitive, it was successfully applied to the analysis of darifenacin hydrobromide liposomes in spiked rat plasma. Keywords

Automatic license plate recognition is a Computer Vision technique which is able to recognize a license plate number. This system is useful in many field likes parking lots, private and public entrances, theft control. In this paper we designed such a system. First we capture the image from camera then load into system after that we used Open CV library tools. Then we make the training set of different characters of different sizes. On the basis of these training set we extracted the character from images. When the license plate is detected, its digits are recognized and displayed in the GUI. In this mainly focuses on Neural Network and proprietary tools Open CV using python.
